Alexey Pastoev co-founded Kerberus Ltd.

Before Kerberus Alexey worked for Ernst & Young’s Technology and Security Risk Services practice. Alexey has extensive experience within the areas of Computer Security Development and Assessment, IT Audit and telecommunication management. He has been securing and breaking into systems during last 7 years.
He has personally been involved in performing security assessments, developing policies and implementing security solutions for large financial institutions, telecom operators, service firms and manufactures.
He is a recognized security expert and has performed hundreds of firewall-, network-, and e-commerce related security assessments throughout his security consulting career.

Alexey is the author of the regular information security publications for the "CIO" and "Open Systems" magazines.

Alexey is a well-known public speaker, he frequently gives presentations at Annual International Internet Forum, InfoSecurity, RISSPA (Affiliated local interest group of (ISC)²).

Alexey has over 15 years of IT experience, including information system development, implementation and maintenance. For the 8 years he was responsible for the administration of a major Russian bank’s UNIX and Web servers.

Alexey is a MIS Training Institute instructor.

Alexey is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
